Wenbyte field notes / 01
Google says “Page not indexed.”
What should I fix?
Start with what you want that URL to do. On our own site, three old addresses redirected to the homepage and a checkout page asked to stay out of search. All four were working as intended.

Your page evidence
This check reads the server response and initial HTML. Use URL Inspection in your Search Console property to see Google’s indexing decision.

Would a repair pack help?
We’re testing a $9 pack of three scans. Each checks up to five linked pages and supplies a repair checklist you can give to a developer or Codex. A recheck uses one scan. Sales are closed during this trial.
01 / The case
Four excluded URLs on Wenbyte
Search Console’s September 13, 2026 index report listed four excluded addresses. We checked their HTTP responses again on November 2. The report describes what Google recorded in September. The responses below show what the site served when we checked it.
| Address in the report | What it returned | Our decision |
|---|---|---|
http://wenbyte.com/ | 301 → https://wenbyte.com/ | Keep the redirect |
http://www.wenbyte.com/ | 301 → https://wenbyte.com/ | Keep the redirect |
https://www.wenbyte.com/ | 301 → https://wenbyte.com/ | Keep the redirect |
https://wenbyte.com/checkout/?plan=signal-monitor | 200 · HTML robots tag noindex, nofollow | Keep checkout out of search |
02 / Your decision
Which result needs attention?
A product or pricing page should appear in search
If its final response contains noindex for Google, check the page template, CMS settings and HTTP headers. Change only the unintended rule. If the address redirects, first confirm it lands on the page you meant to publish.
An old address should redirect
Check the destination and its HTTP response. When the move is permanent and the correct page loads, keep the permanent redirect. Inspect the destination URL in Search Console.
A checkout page should stay out of search
Keep the intentional noindex and allow Google to read the directive. For private account data, use access controls. An indexing directive does not protect a page from visitors.
If none of these explains your URL, use the specific exclusion reason in Search Console. A successful HTTP response alone cannot establish whether Google indexed the page.

What we store
Submit a public address without private tokens. Wenbyte saves the URL, extracted technical findings and check time. This browser keeps a private access key so you can reopen your result. We also record a broad source category and any feedback you choose to give. A tagged visit or a price-interest click does not count as a purchase.
